Dmv sent me to my bank to have them sign papers to change my name on my registration & I actually didn’t need them to. The girl at the counter was so nice, she filled my paper work out and everything for me just to see at the end I had to sign and no where on the paperwork was a place for them to sign or approve anything. There are many good things about Redwood Credit Union. But I'm dropping my review to 3 stars. I went to deposit cash into my account via the ATM and it kept telling me that it couldn't take my deposit and to check back later. It was before lobby hours and even if it had been open I wouldn't have gone in because I had my son with me (his in the higher risk category for Covid related complications). I seldom use the ATM here since mobile deposit and direct deposit became the norm, but this has never happened to me before with any other financial institution...

Been coming to this place for 6 years now and I still love it. The people here are always friendly and helpful. Never had a bad time here. I’ll keep coming here for as long as they’re open. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to do my banking.

I do not represent RCU. As one of there clients I wonder what you did. I opened an account without a problem. I always find the staff helpful. They interact appropriately. And I'm not even a nice guy.
You can obtain an itemized copy of your credit card statement in your Online Banking by selecting the Statements tab, and then clicking on E-Statements. From there, you will be able to view 30 months of statements.

Yes, you can apply for a loan online by logging into your online banking, or by visiting our website and selecting the type of loan you want to apply for.
We have a coin machine at our Santa Rosa Fourth Street and Cloverdale Branches. All of our branches have the ability to receive rolled coin, and can provide empty coin rolls if you need. There may be cost recovery fees for using the machine as well as depositing rolls of coin, so we would recommend that you contact our Member Service Center directly for more information.
We do offer bill pay at no fee to our Members. For more information and frequently asked questions, please visit our website and search “bill pay”.
