Why do you actively discourage new members? Why must I have another account somewhere else to get a new account. Why are your staff so hostile?

I do not represent RCU. As one of there clients I wonder what you did. I opened an account without a problem. I always find the staff helpful. They interact appropriately. And I'm not even a nice guy.

What I did? I entered a toxic workplace and was sent outside into the heat by an irratable employee who misrepresented the policy of the credit union. Only that. But I resent the implication.
