Eagle Ridge Resort

Eagle Ridge Resort is a nice place to stay. My family stayed there for a weekend in July. During the summer, there was a laid-back feel to the area. Whille the alpine slide and gondola were running, they were never terribly crowded. I am sure there is more of a bustle to the area during ski season. The pool area and fitness room were fine. Our rooms were nice. The view out of our deck of the ski hill was excellent.

We had a great time at Eagle Ridge! The room was very clean and nice. The views were great! So close to everything in Lutsen. We made use of the pool one afternoon and it was very spacious and nice. We would stay there again for sure!

Everything was perfect, staff was lovely and the room was cozy and accommodating. We ran into a major issue departing- we locked our keys in the car. A staff member called maintenance and said they would be there in 2 minutes. Safe to say it was 30 seconds later he arrived with tools and a positive attitude. Mark was nothing short of an angel and we are so thankful for his hard work in the POURING RAIN getting us back into our vehicle and on the road. Mark’s character is unmatched and this man deserves nothing but happiness and of course a raise.

Price was good. Location was great. Room was clean. Upset with a pool policy. No drinks allowed at pool, not even cans. After a long day on the hill, it’s nice to enjoy a drink at the hot tub. Not allowed here.
