This place sucks! Our family gave them a chance and not impressed. We had to wait for our SCHEDULED appointments. On my visit I had a specific concern. They looked at it and scheduled a procedure to freeze it off. I was charged and came back 2 weeks later for a one minute procedure paying another co pay plus the cost of the one minute procedure that even with insurance was a hit to the pocket book. The procedure seemed to work but a few months later the same spot returned. So I scheduled another appointment. I had an issue come up the day of the appointment and called shortly after the scheduled time to let them know I would need to reschedule. They had zero sympathy and let me know I would be charged. Crazy they make you wait when scheduled but charge you if you’re late. Horrible. They have now lost business from my wife, myself, and daughter and hopefully from anyone reading this. They don’t care about you!

I had the same problem! I received four treatments at a different place, didn't change much at all. However, I went to Vivida Dermatology for a body scan and noticed they had a Med Spa. I decided to try the Vivida med Spa and received the strongest laser IPL for dark spots. It work,took all the dark Spotify of my face. I had amazing results! You'll only need one treatment, but may need to go back once a year. I've had it done twice so far. The best thing I've done for my face. I love it. Becky does mine, she's fantastic!
I can only tell you I've been there once to have a growth removed from my back and the office was packed. Are you sure you have the right number? I just called the Vivita I've got right through.

Just to see them for a consultation and discuss this costs $75. There are 2 plans, one is 450 x 3 visits or 3500 for an intense treatment for one visit. If you book either plan, the 75 is applied, but you also must make a substantial deposit to secure the appointment for the treatment.
