Very disappointed. On May 22,2020 during the pandemic scheduled an appointment on line for June 3, 2020. Instructed to have the items ready to go by 7 am, overslept but called to see if I had missed the pick up, didn't, but was told the truck could pick up as late as 5 pm. Waited until 3 still no !!pick up, called again and was told the same thing, truck could/would pick up at least by 5 pm. Well now it is 6:15 and guess what no pick up.! Don't know if the scheduling center has the ability to call the truck displached to any area or of the drivers have the ability to call the donor. So now I will load up the car and take a trip to my local goodwill or savers ,yes I know BBBS is in partnership but this will be my last attempt to schedule a donation . Again very disppointed

I left the clearly marked bag of clothing and shoes on the front porch table by 7 am as directed by the text. The bag was still there later that evening and it had started to rain. I could not get thru to anyone at BB BS office and tried again two days later, still unable to reach anyone. I am going to dflrive by the office today Friday (after Thanksgiving) and see if anyone is there to receive the donation. If not, the goods will go to another charity.
