Walter at the front and his staff saved me I rented three different Uhual cargo vans in an eight day period and forgot important items. The Santa Monica staff had it packed safe for me. Timothy and the other cool dude with the NY hat always made bring back the van seamless so I can keep my day going. A great staff everyone and convenient location!!!
