FABULOUS! Jonah's is the first restaurant that we have eaten at, in the last three years, that I would return to. WHY? Jonah himself is the real deal. Passionate about his food, hard-working, humble, and wants you to be happy. Can you say that about your own family? Not fancy, just fabulous if you want, you can eat BBQ with your hands - that's the immersion and the fun. QUALITY! Every ingredient, including even the simple ones, rice, delicious beans, grilled vegetables, brilliant tacos, ribs, chicken, burgers, and those crispy potatoes!!!! Several delicious sauces are included on the trays, including cilantro and bbq. Yes, the smoked but not too-smoked brisket is a big juicy deal. I eyed a single diner enjoying it, you will feel comfortable dining by yourself, too. When you arrive at the front door, the smell of sweet smoke lightly scents the air, and you are transported into a friendly, joyful clean space. Everyone feels at home, even if it's your first time. OPTIONS. The back patio area has wait service, and the front room is where you order at the register. As long as you have their luscious food and a cocktail, it does not matter. At home, we eat vegetables and fish, but that Korean BBQ chicken and everything else is such a sensual experience that we did not want to miss it. Next time, we may eat a little lighter with tacos. Brisket, shrimp, and spicy grilled chicken and the Bronzino and salads, DESERTS: Generous. We tried their banana cobbler, which I had never heard of before, and it was a flavorful and textural masterpiece. The banana worked as ribbons to tie the crunchy and softer bits together. With a generous scoop of high-quality ice cream and the added pecans for crunch - dreamy! The chocolate cobbler and ice cream- need I say more? The atmosphere is a homey party, and the restaurant and food are filled with joy. Sundays, they serve brunch with good bagels and their own cured salmon lox. The food and experience will make you happy, too. Sorry, no food pictures; we simply could not wait to dive in.

Amazing food!!!! Service is good too! But the girl that takes your order is a little on the dull side. But you only have to deal with her while you order.

The chicken was practically cooked to perfection due to the awesome rotisserie setup they have. The tomato and gorgonzola salad was unique, interesting, and overflowing with umami. A great take on the burrata based classic. The platter for two is perfectly sized and the pulled pork is worth the whole plate. The ambiance is great. Very similar to a tiki bar. It's kinda of got those Belle's Beach House vibes but without as much see and be seen scene. Awesome to have this spot in my backyard.
