They don’t work with you base on your Circumstances when your bill is too high. Plus they wait until they are ready to cut off the water 5 days after the send you emails and phone calls. They want it asap or payment arrangements base on what they will do not what you can do. Typical government Bull!!

I get approved to move in my new rental on a Friday so I sign up to start water service online only to keep having the app shut down right at the end of it and after trying over 10 times a stop and then can sign up the next day and send my lease copy and ID and then crickets...no email response, I can't get thru on on phone. Nothing. And we are supposed to have service on by Wednesday or we can't move in. Today is Tuesday. 😔

ATTENTION ALL!! BLOW UP THE NLV CITY MANAGER’S OFFICE ABOUT THEIR UTILITIES DEPARTMENT!! The older woman at the window & the “supervisor” was so unprofessional, impatient and showed great incompetence. They wanted a copy of my lease to get service in my name. I told them I signed the lease through e-sign and could email them a copy of the lease. I emailed them my lease agreement three times right in front of them. For some reason they could not view the lease agreement so I could not turn service on. I said, “it’s cruel and unusual to deny water to city residents and I’ve provided what you required & it’s not my fault you don’t have an updated system to view the agreement”. The supervisor said, “if I don’t like it to move out of the city of North Las Vegas”. Then after I left, the clearly under qualified supervisor called my landlord in an attempt to stir up drama for me. LOL! Not only did my landlord help get water service in my name but we also rented from him for three years.

I just now called with regards to this same question. I "heard" they will give a one time % off for pool fill-ups so I called to find out about it and was told they no longer do that.
