Every time I have task to complete here, the staff are always extremely friendly. The lobby is always clean, free of trash. The sanitizer station is always stocked. From the front desk lady, to security, to the you g ladies that come down for drop offs and check ins- Everyone is so helpful. Typically in government buildings Ive experienced rude security with big ego’s, as soon as you try to answer a question they shut you down because they think they know what you’re about to say. This is not the case here.

Have to say I'm impressed with the skill , service and integrity of their employees in the notary/apostille section. Jasen really went all out . Customer service of this level is hard to find in humans. Thank you.

Been calling the past couple days phone rings recording comes on then dead air like someone picks up but then recording comes back on

This is probably the worst public service I've ever experienced EVER!!! On call for 40+ minutes & on top of that, the building itself is still not in service at all. Inconvenient on ALL fronts, Nevada should look into this issue ASAP
