Had to sell dad’s house Ann road and Mustang Street so I went to the closest realtor Deville. Very reassuring starting off and bragged about being a pastor at his church. I figured he must be honest and an ethical man. I needed to sell quick because of Dad’s medical condition. Deville posed as a realtor to look out for my best interest. Listed and sold, opened escrow. Problems surfaced during escrow and he was unaware of issues. He related he had to check with escrow each time something came up. Turns out he was too busy flipping other homes to stay on top of my transaction. I made several requests to him regarding the removal of custom built items (fireplace/shelving) with the buyers so I can make arrangements. He never responded. On the day of closing escrow, he demanded that those items be removed or escrow would not close. He went from my realtor working for me to a broker in charge making decisions. I reminded him I was paying him to do his job and he became arrogant and uncaring. I had no choice but to pay a mover last minute to close escrow. He became another person only interested in making his commission. I wish I never met him to be honest. He is unethical and uncaring. My wife and I are realtors in another state and we would never do that to our clients. He promises to be the best but delivers a 1 star service.

I requested information via their online request form for several different properties on their website. Zero response from Deville Realty Group (the exception, spam via email).

Deville Realty Group made me feel like I was the only customer they were serving. Greg was right there when I had questions or needed anything. Everything and everyone was very professional and made my experience very enjoyable. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.
