( Edited after reply) I went through their testing over a year ago& for whatever, unknown reason- the results are STILL not at my Neurologist's office. His staff actually reached out to ME, to ask for the results because they got no reply.. This should be a simple, basic step, not Mission Impossible.

Staci Ross didn't even administer the test to me , and somehow she made a decision about me basically calling me a fake and a liar. Going to get in touch with the WMA and complain about her business practices. Plus, her office screens their calls, and won't even return my messages. What a scam!!

they don't care here. When I showed up for my evaluation I was put in a sterile white room with wires coming out of the wall and a plastic folding table to wait 30 minutes for the doctor who was late getting to the office. about 20 times they asked me if I was suicidal. I had a stroke, I didn't try to kill myself! I felt like I was in a mental institute. months later I was hoping for a referral to someone who might be able to help me by actually providing care. Over 2 weeks and 2 voicemails later and multiple other tries to call the office. nobody ever answers the phone or returns your call. It feels like she has abandoned me as a patient. DON'T GO HERE! You can do better
