We used conference room at this location. The facilities and settings are super neat and professional. Personnel and manager are very friendly and supportive. Parking is convenient. Highly recommend this mobile office!!

Clean and friendly, with amenities I've never seen in a coworking place before--snacks, soda, coffee, even nitro cold brew. How thoughtful! I had a couple conference calls and would liked to have had a more flexible option than the phone room's 30-minute limit that didn't involve me coughing up for a conference room or virtual office. Not being a member, I found it difficult to even navigate to those options if I even had the money to spare. I would have liked if house rules on phone/zoom calls were made more clear at booking. Not that that would've made me change my mind about my need for someplace to hang for the day, but it would have helped me set my expectations. FWIW, I observed the rules to the best of my ability, hanging in the phone room for the first part of each call then retreating to my desk on mute to sit almost completely silently and listen to the rest of each call. The space is in an office building adjoining the RIO Lakefront shopping plaza. Lunch options nearby include Chipotle and Potbelly.

Yes, the entire office is professionally cleaned daily and is also maintained throughout the day by a professional porter and staff. Sanitizer stations and cleaning products are available at all times, and staff is available to assist with any special requests.
There is plenty of free surface and covered parking available on the both sides of the building. The parking garage offers all day free parking, while the surface lot is 2 hours only.
