Ossining is a small town and word-of-mouth travels far. I will never go in there again nor recommend any Raymond opticians knowing that Ken /Mike have friends and family members in many of them. I was hesitant about writing this but the more I thought about it the more I needed to let someone know how poorly I was treated and will tell anyone who will listen/read never to use Raymond opticians. I posted on next-door Ossining and wasn’t at all surprised to get feedback from many neighbors about sharing the same experience. Customer service and care and respect for the client is dying. it’s all about the bottom line, at least in Raymond Opticians, Ossining. If I could give a negative star I would.
