I just don’t like the front desk nurse because looks like they look at Spanish community with discrimination. The doctors always nice as ever.

Some of the nurses are BEYOND rude. Asking for medical records its a nightmare, even when a doctor at a different facility requests them. I mean, they’re only my medical records, which, by law I am in my right to request. Asking for any explaining on anything and they say “because the doctor said” and if you ask to them to please ask the doctor for an explanation/reason for visit/treatment and they tell you “THATS WHAT THE DOCTOR SAID” just a little louder and with more attitude. They tell you to come to the office and you can personally speak to the doctor, once you get there, they tell you “the doctor is not going to see you for that” why tell me to come then? Who speaks like this to a patient? Hoping to never have to deal with this facility again.

Yes you do! Its usually a day or two later. They always have open appointments. Not like most health centers where you have to wait months for a physical.
They are kind in the attention but the waiting time is very long
No, patients need to see a primary doctor to use the scale. In other words, make an appointment.
