I was very much looking forward to seeing them but there was a series of issues with their booking system. Talked to them over the phone and they requested that I come in. When there they said that nothing they could do till i rescheduled another online appointment. The manager on site was rude and not helpful. wife and I have decided to go to a place that can work with their customers and has a appointment system that works. Would not recommend the Columbia MD location at all.

Very friendly and welcoming staff when you first walk in! The whole center is beautifully decorated, updated, and CLEAN. I saw Debbie for my first time ever getting Botox and I am so happy with my results! Not only was she so nice and welcoming, she was very thorough in explaining what I was getting done and answering any questions I had! I definitely will be returning to Nava for more treatments! Highly recommend!!!!

Save your money! Horrible customer service. Charged me 200 dollars after I verbally told them Nava health wasn’t the healthcare I was looking for. After the consultation I did not sign up for a plan nor was I told I was still booked for 2 other appointments. This company is a rip off and they purposefully keep information from you so they can charge you a cancellation fee.

They will accept it for lab work. Your most strategic state benefit is the flexible spending plan. A number of the services can be paid for using the flexible spending plan. Tell Nava I sent you....I use them and I give them 5 stars so I highly recommend them. Also call and ask if there are any workshops because this is a free way to hear about the services you are interested in and to find out about other ways to pay for the services.
Yes, It includes some group sessions so there is Q&A regarding how to successfully lose the weight. You can ask about recipes, you will have a lot of support. I was successful at this when nothing else worked!
Generally no. Traditional things like blood work are covered, but most treatments are not.
