Dealing with Moe The Plug is like dealing with a greasy used car salesman. I was told my phone screen repair would take 3 hours... when I drove there to pick up my phone I was told it would take another 3 hours. After picking up my phone, the internals were fried and my phone would overheat and turn off and on every 60 seconds. I had my phone looked at by Apple and they told me he had taken out my original Apple battery and put in a Chinese battery, when there was NOTHING wrong with my battery (I only had a cracked screen). 5 days later, I woke up in the morning and my phone screen was glitching out and internally cracked. I had not dropped the phone once! When I went in, he told me to go get it checked out somewhere else because there's nothing he can do. Very, Very unprofessional and slimy place. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to come deal with "Moe the Plug". Wish I could give 0 stars.
