This organization would do well to offer sensitivity training to its front desk employee. The woman at the front desk kept staring at me in a condescending manner, and then when I told her that I only had $2 to donate (instead of the $50+ suggested donation fee to borrow the medical equipment) she made a face. I felt so humiliated. Definitely do not recommend going here if you are truly at rock bottom, this judgemental attitude towards people who seek out this organization for help is deplorable and will make you feel worse about your situation. People seek help from an organization such as this BECAUSE we cannot afford to buy the medical equipment, no one should be made to feel less than just because they walk through the door.
