Lee's is an amazing flower shop. They pay attention to details and give excellent service. My recipient said, she did not receive her plant. Joy and Ariesha, called, sent pictures of the plant and tracked its location down. And...I was called me back more than once to keep me updated. They give the kind of efficient service we got in years past. They are knowledgeable, kind, caring and extremely helpful.

I am a recipient of a beautiful autumn theme bouquet from a dear friend, and these flowers are gorgeous! The delivery person called and even sent a text message to show where the bouquet was placed and delivered. The vase is lovely and am happy to be able to reuse it for future bouquets I order from this shop. Highly recommend this floral shop for their services and beautiful bouquets!

Had an extremely disappointing experience at Lee's flower Shop. Walked in and ordered an arrangement off their website. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. After 45 minutes of waiting my husband was finally given an arrangement but it was nothing like what was ordered. When I called to inquire I was told that substitutions were made because they were low on some of the flowers pictured and I could return it and they would see what they could do but they would not issue a refund. Since I had already left area they asked me to send a photo and they would call me back - this was after speaking to several people and waiting on the line for them to "check." No one called back or followed up. Throughout the entire interaction in the store and on the phone they we totally uninterested in me as a customer almost to the point of ignoring me and being rude. I was lied to repeatedly about how much time it would take with no acknowledgement of it. The product produced was so substandard that I was embarrassed to give it to the person it was purchased for but...they were very happy to take the $95 up front for the item. If I could give them zero starts I would.
