Went there today. wanted to give them rewards number with a account. Told the lady three times don't forget the rewards number. I never had a problem there with this. what happened she did not put the number in. I ask her she said sorry you can't do a personal reward with the account. I never said it was a personal reward account. Then she said it's it there so I asked to read it back the phone number of account under. she could not. call the other lady and she said just signed it and I will fixed it later. yeah right. I said do a return I will go somewhere else.The two lady's are bad with customer service they need to be retained on how to deal with customers. customers always right. You guys lost a big account today. I will be going to homedepot for now on. One more thing don't lie to the customer.

We exchange old tanks for new ones, within 10 years of age, for a fee, and can take old tanks off your hands for free as long as they are within 10 years old if you’re just trying to get rid of one. There are date codes stamped on the collars. Beyond that, you’d have to check with the town for disposal information.
