SECU closed my account without letting me know. They have a very slow process on loans. I cannot get approved for any loan products (credit cards and loans) so there’s no point of putting any money in here. I’ve found other better credit unions that are willing to have my business.

I stop using as my main banking because you have only few places to use the amt for 24 hr. Some are closed on weekend for the amt.

Hi Adj, I double checked and the doors are in working order. Did you visit during the hours posted on the door and online? We are open until 5pm most days and the lobby doors are locked for the evening at that point. If you’re looking for a SECU atm, there are several 24-hour SECU ATMs located nearby. Our ATM at the Baltimore Street branch is available until 7pm each night, but we have many 24-hour ATMS across Baltimore City. -Linda
