I’ve been a member for over 5 years, at first Mecu was great but over the years I seen a decline in providing the best customer service. My card was stolen last week and I reported the card to receive a new one. I called Thursday morning around 10am to ensure I would have it in a timely manner. Now today comes and I’m wondering where’s the mecu debit card because all of my other cards came in the mail sometime this week, hell I even have a navy federal card that came in the mail literally the day after I called them to cancel the old one. When I called mecu today I was told my card was just shipped the day before 😒 and I still have to wait ANOTHER 7 days for the card to come and unlike navy federal I can’t go inside a branch to get at least a replacement card. Mecu had the audacity to charge a $10 replacement fee for a new card 🤦🏾♀️ At this point I’m considering to just close my mecu account and just sticking with Navy federal because the service is WAY better and I can go inside a branch and pick up a card

EVERY time I go in they are so slow and overstaffed with people who aren’t helping ppl. So slow that it becomes “busy” Everyone is SO Longwinded. It’s definitely a pain to go in. Better staffing needed

I've been with this bank for 20 years. For the last year the ATMs are horrible. The drive thru ATM is the worst and hardly working. I'm going to close my account asap
