Making a payment is easy. You can make a payment anytime by logging in to your account online or on the OneMain mobile app. We also accept payments by mail, at participating retailers or over the phone on our Customer Service line. Also, you can pay by check or debit by visiting us at the Baltimore branch.

Once you are prequalified and submit your loan prequalification form online, a team member from our Baltimore branch will contact you and continue the loan process with you. If you're unable to make it during regular business hours, we also offer after-hours appointments by request.
