Poorly run. Made my appointment, waited until the window for the appt was almost closed before I called to inquire about the technician. The tech was very polite and informed me that he had fallen behind and I understand that. The way it was handled by management was terrible, that offered to have me wait 3 more hours and still pay full price. Terrible, terrible store.

It took me about 2.5 hours for a complete replacement of front windshield. The chip repairs are much shorter. They will tell how long it will take before they begin and when you make the appointment.
It all depends on your glass and your window if you call safe life they will give you a round about figure
Call them and ask them!
They are right. You will have to get a new one if you go to safelite.
Safelite does offer fillers if it can be fixed it depends on where it's at and how deep it is they measured by inches .
They will transfer to the new glass
I used my insurance. Not even a raise in my bill later
