This place is just money hungry. Short staffed the food is something you will give to a stray dog for nutrition not for enjoyment. Kirk Hoda is a fast talking slickster. They took my mother SSI check after her only bring there for 3 weeks. Then when asked for corporate number he stated they do jot give out corporate number and they are closed. When my mother and I went to the social security office they stated that Prairie Oasis just put their bank info on her account and did not take the proper steps and fill out the proper paperwork. I have contacted the better business bureau and the Department of Family Services and SSI rep stated they he is going to talk to the manager and put in a request for the Attorney General to pay them a visit. This facilities are taking advantage of the system. They know they should not be getting rehabilitation patience SSI checks. I pray that they are audited. This is not right!!!!

My mother spent 13 days of respite care at Prairie Oasis (July 6th-18th, 2022). She had a wonderful experience. The staff treated her really well and she felt very comfortable there. She would like to go back next time for her respite care. I want to say thanks to the staff at Prairie Oasis!

From the start I knew Prairie Oasis was a good facility. Everything was so nice and new. After I toured I felt like I had to write this review. This facility was beautiful. From the cleanliness to the services they provided all A+. They have a great physical therapy gym and a separate occupational therapy gym! They even have a Hemodialysis unit so you don't need to leave the facility if that treatment is needed. Most importantly was the environment, I could tell the staff really cared about the residents. What more can you ask!

My experience with this place has been a good one. I visit regularly and she seems in good shape. My mom is well taken care of and I am notified when she is not feeling well and needs to go to the hospital.
