If I could give zero stars I would. I booked a block of hotels here for my wedding almost everyone who booked a hotel had issues with the front desk people being rude. After my wedding I went to check in only for them to tell me they didn’t have a room for me. They double booked our room and with no extra rooms left us with no options on our wedding night. When I expressed my frustrations they called the cops and tried to kick out everyone from my wedding party. I would absolutely never recommend this place to anyone especially for anything important like a wedding. Worst customer experience of my life. Never even received an apology for a mistake made on there part instead had the front desk lady laugh in my face and tell me it was funny.

If you have other options for your stay I strongly encourage you to do so and save your $200 (weekend rate). First we did not receive a card holder with our room information on it just the two key cards. Which was a first for us. The interior is nice and maintained, however once in our room we discovered a stained hand towel and our bed sheets were torn. Not ideal but we were willing to overlook it. The next morning at breakfast which we arrived shortly after 8 (hours are 6 to 9) to, there was barely any breakfast available. I'm talking 4 eggs, 1 yogurt, some bagels and oatmeal packets with dry cereal is all that was left to entertain all the guests' breakfast needs in the room. There were no plates just bowls and cups. Numerous people inquired to restocking the breakfast items at a minimum after being informed there just were no more plates available, and we were all told there was not going to be any additional items placed out because breakfast ends in about an hour! Do not recommend, period.
