Normally think this office is great, but they said “wifi is down since 8” and are not doing work since then! Who doesn’t call their internet provider as a government agency and tell them they need this back up or use a hotspot to conduct business or even put on their message board that they are closed for the day?! This goes to the level of entitlement and work ethic that the post pandemic world has entered into. We know from experience that wifi providers for businesses will Come out with emergency notice within 2 hours. People take off from work to do these things!

They are trying to improve on the experience. The receptionist directs you to the proper area for motor vehicle or driver's license. Considering there still appears to be a staff shortage perhaps the receptionist could be better utilized behind the counter doing customer service with a sign telling you motor vehicles one way driver's licenses the other. The staff shortage appeared to be exacerbated during breaks which is where the receptionist moving to customer service might shine.
