My experience with Dixie Motors has been nothing short of abysmal. On June 30, 2022, I arrived at the dealership to purchase a GMC Terrain that I had been speaking with the Finance Manager. Four hours later, I leave with a completely different vehicle as I was told “I don’t even know if we have that car”. The next day, the windshield mysteriously cracked and 30 days after that, I had to replace the turbobooster to the tune of $2592. I reached out to both my sales rep and the sales manager, Ed, via phone, text and email on several occasions with no response. While I take ownership of not having the vehicle looked over prior to purchase (I was still at the dealership well after closing) and not purchasing a separate extended warranty since none was offered at the time of purchase, it is my opinion that Dixie Motors should have incurred a portion of the repair cost. I won’t begin to get into the hassle of signing and resigning the purchase agreement documents. For those who plan to shop at this particular dealer, please do so under advisement. In my experience, this is not a reputable business and I would not recommend. UPDATE: In response to your comments - a warranty was not offered during the purchase. The car was purchased on June 30th and at Pep Boys for repairs on July 31st and then moved to Columbia Chevrolet on August 2nd where they had it for over three weeks to make repairs. Maybe my math is off but I did NOT drive the car for two months as it was down for repairs - a fact that you know because the information was emailed and texted to you. I also called MULTIPLE times with no response. I was simply looking for a reasonable split of the repair costs but as this is not a reputable dealership, you ignored all contact attempts. This matter is now in the hands of my attorney.

These reviews are good because I was literally going to go there this weekend, but the fact the the reviews are kind of similar. I’ve decided to pass!! So glad there are reviews or I may have wasted my time and money

High prices high mileage on most vans on this lot and they aren't selling or moving any of them at the price on them . You cant find a van on FB but he has 10-15 that aren't selling at the price listed avg. $20,000

I do not recommend going here.

Same thing here. They made a mistake on the title and 4 months and still waiting. Nobody give a right answer and they just said that now my deal is with the bank. This is the worst place you can go to buy a vehicle. Keep away from this "bussines". Talking with my lawyer right now. To see my rights and the way they are dealing with their business.
Dishonest... If you do decide to do business with them make sure you look over your contract carefully. Ask questions and contact loan financing company before signing anything.
