Absolutely the worst how do you go from being first in line to schedule a appointment then have to wait over ten minutes do your dam job and answer the phone

Since Carousel pediatrics became part of Comiunity care, it's terrible attention and to make an appointment you supposedly do it with their My chart application, they never answer and to make an appointment that supposedly is a direct line to the clinic, it always takes more than an hour. If you are going to make an appointment better go to the clinic

From scheduling to being seen it, everyone is polite. All staff and providers have been friendly and nice to me and our kids. Dr Rannefeld and Julie are the kids favorites, we don’t always get them because sometimes we do walk-ins, I trust the providers here because our kids get taken care of.
