Beautiful grounds and facility with so much to see and do, for kids through adults. Well worth the modest admission fee. Come and see the super cool trolls exhibition

Really nice farm for kids to see. You can park here instead when it's busy if you're going to see the trolls.

Takes about 3 hours, about 3 miles round trip. It was worth it getting outside, to see the trolls, farm animals, and excersize.
Kim Weisenberger
The trolls are fun but grand kids love the animals as well

3 total. One at Aultwood and 2 at farm. I believe someone said in Kentucky they have 5 or 6. Not sure where but you can google it. Have fun.
To the best of my knowledge you need not be a member. To be sure inquire prior to placing your order. Take care!
Leash would probably be okay, but this is definitely a more human-oriented place.
Yes. There are some paved areas and then there are some gravel walkways. The barns are also stroller accessible. I took a 1 yr old in her stroller and we had a great time!
There is, it's $7 for adults and $5 for children. It includes the center, farm, and 6 miles of hiking trails. There is also memberships offered both for National Audubon Society and Friends of Aullwood which have specialized perks.
This Saturday at the farm. Admission is free, so it's just the cost of the candle.
That's an emergency room associated with Good Samaritan Hospital about 2 miles away.
No
As of October 2022, general admission is free for children 3 and under, $8.00 for children 4 to 12, $12.00 for adults 13 to 64, and $10.00 for seniors age 65 and over and active duty military members. Members of Friends of Aullwood (our support group), National Audubon Society and ANCA receive free admission with membership card. Admission or membership is required to visit Aullwood Audubon's nature center, farm, sanctuary and trails.
Joyce, the stroller friendliness of Aullwood Audubon varies. The nature center and farm discovery center buildings are of course very wheel friendly. There is also a short paved loop trail just off of the nature center that is fairly accessible, as well as some sidewalks and grassy areas at the farm. As for the Thomas Dambo exhibit, the trolls and nest are accessed via hiking trials that run throughout Aullwood's nature sanctuary and farm. These pre-existing hiking trails are primitive and unimproved; some are steep and can be muddy. Hope this helps!
Pamela, as James noted, we suggest you contact Brukner Nature Center at 937-698-6493 for assistance with this. Good luck!
Dogs on leash are permitted at Aullwood Audubon. We do not allow retractable leashes on our property. Aullwood Farm often features a variety of animals, so please keep this in mind if your dog doesn't always 'play well with others'!
Aullwood's Executive Director is Alexis R. Faust.
Goats, along with their kids can be viewed and even pet at the farm. (However today, July 8th, the farm is closed)
