I called them ahead of time to ask if they had a part on hand. They reassured me that they had the parts on hand. So I drove all the way down here and they spent a 1/2 hour looking for the part could not find the parts. Then they told me to go to a different store. They didn't even apologize or offer any sort of discount or compensation for anything. It's absolutely ridiculous with gas prices these days.

I've done a lot of business and gone out of my way just to go to this O'riellys. They always have treated me fair. There employees are full of knowledge which is really helpful. I've been away for a bit but now that is see Tyler is back I will have no problem making a trip across town to this location again. Do great employees make a difference on where a customers shop?
