I called prior to making the reservation to make sure the room was handicap accessible. The hotel said it was. The room was NOT handicap accessible and my wife could not take a shower for two days!

Work out room was very small. Rooms were clean & very friendly staff. Breakfast was decent & price was reasonable.

We stay here often. They are reasonably priced. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly. I just got stranded on a flight in another state. They refunded my money 100% two days after I was suppose to have stayed with them, even though I had not canceled in advance. This Quality Inn and Suites will continue to get my business!

The whole staff was so thoughtful and helpful when I missed my connecting flight and I was 14 hours late for my check-in! They just changed my arrival date by one day! Then the next morning I had 1/2 inch of ice on all my windshields with no ice scraper; the hotel clerk said park your car in the front and I'll watch it while it is defrosting , which allowed me to get my luggage and check out. By the time I needed to leave for my appointment I had at least partial front wind shield de-iced and the entire back was clear. I received the best customer care!
