Ordered online only to go to the location and find that an employee put up a makeshift sign saying that they wouldn't be there today. My order was not refunded. I tried to call Potbelly but they were extremely rude and unhelpful, telling me that I need to call the Arden Hills location (the one with no employees there lol) and refused to give any sort of corporate number. I would just like a refund of my order or my actual order next time I go. Unfortunately, leaving a review seems to be the only thing I can try to do, as Potbelly themselves won't do anything at the moment.

I love potbelly but, if I could give 0 stars to this location I would. There is zero reason I shouldn’t be able to order lunch from a sandwich shop. I just placed simple order for delivery on the app and was refunded saying they couldn’t make the order… not to mention I have tried to pick up from this location about 7 times in the past 3 months and the store has not been open at regular business hours.

Door hours show M-Sat 10am-9pm There is no sign in regards to different hours at this time. It is a Tuesday at 12:00pm (standard lunch hour and no one there?) They were closed, and I am bummed.

I completely understand being understaffed and needing to cut back hours. But this location has been closed the past 4 times I've tried to eat there in the last week. Today I even came during their advertised open hours posted on the door and it was closed (Wednesday at 6). Again, it's understandable, but at the very least update your advertised hours.
