If I could leave 0 I would. I totally understand that that ruts and damage can be an issue when you have a dumpster dropped off. however, I specifically told the young lady that answered the phone when I scheduled the dumpster delivery that dumpster could be placed in front of my garage to avoid damage to the yard as long as I could open and shut the garage and carry by hand materials theough the garage. Given that I had just paid quite a bit of of money to have my yard done prior to the dumpster delivery. Instead, they sat the dumpster to the side and completely destroyed my yard upon delivery amd removal. Removal of the dumpster caused extensive damage to my yard and driveway than delivery. Thiswill now cost me several hundred dollars, if not more thank a thousand to have my yard fixed because the delivery driver of the dumpster couldnt use the common sense and directions of where to place the dumpster to allow the least amount of damage would be to place in the driveway where there more than enough room for the dumpster to go and leave the garage door unblocked to allow for foot traffic. I am single woman tryig to make myself a home and the damage this has caused has put me behind on making my home place to live .As a small business owner and a decent human Inwould be mortified and embarrassed to have left someones home like this.Do better Best Way, you are literally destroying people's yards and their bank accounts. Be advised, just because a company is cheaper the the rest there usually is a reason and I have discovered theirs they don't give care about your property. I called once and spoke with a lady on the phone and was sent to the managers voice-mail and the call was NEVER returned. I guess because I signed the waiver, but this is excessive and careless.

My biggest problem with this trash company is the fact that we have to get our trash set out the night before because our trash guy wants to do his rounds between 1 and 3 AM. We don't get home until late and are used to the 'norm' of putting it out on our way to work in the morning. We have missed our trash days so many times from being exhausted and when your coming home after a 12-14 hour day at 8pm the last thing on your mind is taking trash out. We shouldn't have to set it out a whole 24hrs ahead of time (Thursday AM) especially when we pay SO freaking much for the services. And let's also talk about how coming at 1-3 AM wakes people up, those trucks aren't quiet by any means. How would you like to be woken up just an hour to a couple of hours before you have to get up anyways. Maybe I'm being too harsh but it's just like any other service, we pay for it, so why is it such an inconvenience.
