STAY AWAY!!! I went here 2 day's in a row a few weeks ago to get a title transfer. Before we could get the transfer the clerk told us we have to get the vehicle inspected because it was from p.a. So we did and came back the neck day to find the computers down, so they couldn't do anything. Well unfortunately for us we have jobs and we just can't go 20 miles away from home any day of the week. THE POINT. So we finally find a day out of our hectic schedule and now turns it out the inspection sheet is only good for 30 days and has expired. I know we should have looked, but when you buy a required government document that you are forced to buy it why would it be trash in one month. This place is absurd, maybe get your company fixed that way when I had came the first time it would have been settled. Stop punishing your customers for your failure. So now I have to pay to have a new inspection, and find time out of multiple days to get this completed. I promise when these things are handled it won't be at the Mary swayn title office, I understand this is a place people have to go to. This is what makes it shameful because they know that there services are a necessity and they use that knowledge as an excuse to take advantage of honest people. I hate long reviews like this but I had to say it. So if you can find a different office that is convenient for you definitely go there..STAY AWAY!

Went for an out of state vin inspection. And to get a title. The system was down for titles, so had to return at another time.

No, you have to go to a BMV
Yes, bring the other person and valid ID’s. Or bring the title that has been Notarized.
Yes they can as long as you have the proper identification.
You will need to go to A BMV in order to change over your license. Once that is done you can bring your title from another state and have it transferred here to Ohio.
You have to get a out of state inspection...they just check Vin and mileage
The title office..... but check with your bank to find out if they are mailing it to you or if it is electronically filed.
