My 2020 Rave 4 Power steering rack went out. Other PIN numbers were on recall. They didn’t have the parts. None since Covid. Now I have a car that I can’t use and is basically useless. No help from Toyota Service Department or the main Toyota line. Really poor service. Had to trade it in to have a car. Five weeks without a car is kind of crazy without even offering a loner. Everyone said they don’t see the part even coming in!!
