Chris is a liar and when you call him out he accuses you of lying. I asked him for his bosses info and he refused to give it to me and handed the phone to someone else. Just a heads up to anyone thinking of renting here there's a $50 application fee per person and if you're approved they'll throw in another $150 "holding" fee that they won't tell you about until after your approved. Chris was very unprofessional. Seemed like he didn't know what he was doing the whole time and I should have left and not even put the application in.
