We live in a 1 bedroom in one of the first apt. buildings built for Camelot. We pay $786 a month.
The whole complex is owned by one management company. A one bedroom starts around $650.
Thought it may seem as one whole apartmemt but most the units belong to different owners. Average is around 500 to 700
