We lived here for 2 1/2 years, we loved the place at first and had no complaints other than the pool being closed. We understood because of problems happening why it was closed so no big deal. But my problem is when we moved out and got our final bill they charged us for 5 days of rent when we moved out on time and I have proof!! They charged us for water, trash, and pest control from august to the middle of September when it was paid with august rent and Septembers rent. They charged us for damage that were there when we moved in and never was fixed. I have called every day since receiving and I am being told management is out and will get ahold with me. This is ridiculous. I have never in my life had any of these problems before. It’s very unprofessional that I have yet to receive a call. And I feel like they are trying to get over on people who try to move out. The fees are ridiculous and make no sense! They never did a walk through with us or gave us anything to fill out at the end of our lease like other places in the past. When I called to ask how they get my new address they said oh yeah you were suppose to fill out a paper. I explained they never gave it to us and they said oh can you come in and fill it out. The manager emailed me for my address just to send me a crazy bill that didn’t make any sense at all!!

This is a nice place for families to live. My time here was good. The maintenance crew was always professional and friendly. The office personnel always called back to answer my questions. I was always given plenty of notice about any property happenings.

Would give 5 stars except for the abysmal maintenance. I’ve lived here about 1 and 1/2 years now and my HVAC system has gone down 6 times and they bandaided it. All other times it works “good enough”, maintenance guy came to fix my garbage disposal, not only did he not fix it, he left the pipes open under the sink and left it clogged, then closed the work order as “complete”. All other services are pretty good; Amenities, neighborhood, untilities, etc… but as long as I have to put in work order after work order just to get half complete jobs, no more than 3 stars. I am begging Morgan properties to fix their maintenance program.

Electric is with Duke Energy. Water Sewer Trash and Pest Control is billed thru a thirid party Yes Energy which is based on size of bedrooms. 1 bedroom and 1 bedroom with den is an average of $60 to $70 monthly and 2bedroom 1 or 2 bathrooms is a average of $70 to $80 monthly that is due with rent monthly. I hope that answers your questions.
I dont think the clubhouse is big enough for events. I have seen multiple parties in the pool area though.
