Although I could not get funding for the STNA class because Of my age, The program was super. They were straight to the point and taught exactly what I needed to know.

They train you to take the State test
Yes it's right next to the building it's pretty tight parking on the upper level I wouldn't recommend going up there if you drive a large vehicle. The lower level tho only has one ramp up and down and it's jusy big enough for one car at a time so be careful.
