For several years I have used this company; however, after my experience this summer, I would not recommend. I have not had a delivery since early this summer though was promised at least 6 deliveries (I’m losing count!). We’ve tried to cancel the service and get calls asking for “one more chance” (3 times) and still have not come through with their promises. I have 12 empty bottles and a cooler waiting to be picked up…wonder how long it will take?! Sorely disappointed.

Joe is our new delivery driver and he is wonderful! I know things have been crazy the past few months but he has jumped right in and is doing a great job. I had to return my old water cooler and he was not made aware of it but found space for it on his already pretty full truck. Please do whatever you can to keep him around!

I continue to get bottles dropped at my home and I cannot get them to pick them up or stop. I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT .

Wow where do I begin , was just on the phone with a customer service rep who hung up on me in the middle of the service because she couldn’t answer any of my questions that emailed me I was getting a delivery August 17 they didn’t bother to tell me they weren’t coming when I called to let them know they didn’t show up they said the earliest they could come pick up my empties and refill them was a week from today with no remorse no compensation and this is the first delivery with this company the reviews are true please do not do business with this company I’m canceling my subscription ASAP
