Received our bill for services from Fresno Surgical Hospital. Had questions on the bill, requested the billing office send us what they had received from the insurance since we had not received our documentation. Gave them a fax number to send me the information. They proceed to send me patient information for 10 different patients. When I asked them about this HIPPA violations, the manager got upset with me when I asked her why she would send me an eob with other patients information, dates of service, what was charged and paid. I expected a call back and never received one. How could a medical surgical facility have no regard for personal information.

I stayed for one night due to a knee replacement surgery the staff is excellent everyone there is friendly kind and will go out of their way to help you I felt bad that I was calling so much but they told me don’t worry about it they always have somebody there to answer my questions come in when I ring my service needs I can’t even name all the persons that were there I would like to say thank you to it was sad great place to stay . There’s a couple small suggestions I would like to say they do surgeries from cervical down to feet and I had prior neck surgery and my neck was hurting when I was there so I asked for a cervical pillow and they didn’t have any of those also have a bad back and they had nothing to support your back while you’re laying down because in a knee replacement you have to stay laying on your back with your knees straight and it was difficult to rest I just wish they had more pillows to help you rest better other than that everything was great five stars all the way across and this is not a complaint it’s just some thing I wish they would look into thanks to all who had have helped me and made my state great CC Moreno. I would also like to add that the food is the bomb they have a chef there that prepares their food it doesn’t compare to any other hospital A+ for the food and the shaft and also the ladies that serve you very kind bring your food on time prompt ask you every question in the book how you would like it what else she would request it was fantastic
