Questions & Answers

These are worst people to deal with they lose your paper work and they are very rude, especially the Filipillo, I don't even know how many time I brought paper work to them and they lose it.

Vitamin prices are a bit high.

What are the reasons for the low star ratings? ( Custoner service? Wait time? Poor stock? Etc.? )

All of the above. The customer service is poor at best. Lines can take up to 20 minutes to clear, make sure you have a book or phone to kill time. You'll want to find another CVS if you're going for a specific item. Don't bother filling prescriptions at this address as they state a wait time, however you'll want to double it for accuracy.

Is there any way to respond to the text messages? The reason I ask is there are several text numbers that are sent when my prescriptions are ready?

Not that I know of, in the past I've had to call to confirm the text messages are correct.
