Well, I was in bad pain which is why I went to Urgent Care and didn’t wait to see my doctor. I want to say the office staff checked me in but maybe they don’t have compassion or understanding of a woman in pain..? The nurse WAS good. The doctor Klugg..? really rushed me in and out…😒did I mention I was in horrible pain? I felt worse when I left

Waited in line for a rapid test for five hours. Don’t bother parking in a parking spot, they completely ignore you and only pay attention to the cars in line for testing. I got there before over half of the cars in the line did, called them to let them know and all the girl said was “we’re doing our best to get to everyone” with an attitude. Obviously not. My brother also went to get tested and waited in line for four hours. They quickly barely swabbed his nose and the test came back negative. The next day he had to get tested at his school and came back with two positive covid tests. I don’t trust this place, the tests are inaccurate because they’re overpacked, understaffed, and seem very inexperienced and unprofessional.

I have Blue Shields PPO insurance. I made an appointment with Dr Zaki 2 months ahead. On the day of vist, at the clinic, I was told he went for vacation. Scheduled another appointment 4 months ahead. I forgot the appointment, try reschedule, office says he does take patients who missed appointment. Scheduled with Dr Assa 6 months ahead. 2 weeks before appointment, called in to confirm the appointment. 3 days before appointment, office called to confirm appointment. On the day of appointment, office called to say the that Dr Assa does not take PPO patients. That's it??? What of medical provider is this???? There is zero level of trust and assurance available. Period. A total waste of my time and posting a risk to my health. Would you put your trust in them for your health? Would you?
