I had cough and congestion for 2 weeks and finally decided to go in. This nurse gives two thumbs up to Ideal Urgent Care. I received excellent care.

The opening time on the door says 8:00 am, google says 8:30 (which is when I and the nurse showed up), the doctor doesn't actually come in until 9, so I had to come back. Once I saw the doctor, he was friendly, helpful, and informative. Overall, it's still American healthcare, so miracles, but my experience was pretty good (could definitely have been much worse)

The vehicle I was (a passenger) in this morning was rear-ended pretty harshly. I felt okay so I called an Uber and went in to work. 8 hours later my neck hurts and my vision feels off. I decide to play it safe and head here since I don't feel bad enough for ER. I get there and their door is locked (2 hours before closing time.) Someone comes to the door and asks what I need. I state the above info, they leave. Come back with a pamphlet for what looked to be a physical therapy center and tell me they can't see me. Health care in this country is a sham (yes I am insured.) This would be 0 stars if it could be.
