Beware, this location does not honor reservations! My friend reserved a moving truck for the day to pick up first thing this morning (which requires a deposit by the way). We got there early so we waited outside for ten minutes until they opened. My friend went inside immediately to pick up the reservation while I waited. There were three walk-up customers waiting outside as well and they happened to get to the counter first. It turns out the guy first in line requested a moving truck and the girl at the counter gave him the one we reserved. My friend literally watched helplessly as this employee gave their reservation to someone who just happened to beat them to the counter by a handful of seconds. Im told that after my friend confronted the employee about it, she was snappy and made excuses. This is, of course, unacceptable. They did have a flatbed which we have to use in the place of the fully enclosed vehicle, but it is insufficient. As it is, we have to try and beat the rain expected for today. I will also need to carry things to a higher load floor height which is extra bad news for my bad back. Hopefully the management will work with my friend to resolve this issue.

Worst Home Depot I've visited. They pay someone to watch us check ourselves out, but they can't be bothered to facilitate customers recognizing open registers or do any kind of enforcement for who was in line first. After checking ourselves out we are subjected to being treated like a thief if we purchase anything over $100 because this HD has trained their self register patrol to interrogate those who spend significant money at their store. Add this garbage to the already insane crowd and parking lot situation to get a real insult to the consumer.

I had a problem with renting a dehumidifier - rented it, set it up in house, let it run all night, next morning I realize that it runs but is not dehumidifying (no water running out of house like other 3 I rented). So, I lug it back to my truck and over to rental center - they give me a replacement smaller unit and say I can settle the difference when I return. This one after running for 8 hours puts an error code and stops working. I have 3 other humidifiers from that are working so I go to return and get a refund - Employees behind desk were very helpful but they needed a manager. It took the manager Ari - 45 minutes to respond - then, he accuses me of breaking the dehumidifier and asserts that I am responsible for it's replacement. Ari - then offers a 10% discount off a $200 bill for a broken tool. I'm sorry I wasted 45 minutes of my time and will contest the charge on my credit card. Note employees behind the counter were great and understanding. Ari must have been having a bad day. You can't have a bad day in customer service Ari

It's a humongous place with literally everything you need for your house starting from screws to garden equipments. The staffs are well informed and polite. They even have a price guarantee thing which assures you have the product at tge lowest available price in market.
