I just left there 10/11/22. I took them 354g of sterling silver, or 11.4-12.6oz depending on Troy or Imperial. They called it 10oz. The scrap price on sterling right now is $17.75. The first offer they made me was $60 for my 10oz+ $10 for gas. I told her that sterling was worth $17.75, and her response was that they can't pay spot price because they have to pay a refiner, then she asked what I'd like to get for it. I said I won't take less than $15 per Oz. She took another ten minutes to go ask the buyer if they could make me a better offer, eventually she came back with a $100 bill no extra $10 for gas, and said that was the best they could offer. Which meant they were trying to steal at least $40 from me with the 1st offer, but really, if they were doing honest business they would have been offering me at least $200. I'll do everyone another favor, when I find someone to make me a fair offer, I'll update my comment so everyone can get a fair price for there precious metals. I'm not a thief and won't be selling my metals to thieves. That was just a test. I have a lot more, and they won't be purchasing any of it.

Terrible wedding ring experience. Within a week of owning my wedding ring 3 diamonds fell out. They then took the ring to fix it and guaranteed me they’d fix it and re prong everything and I wouldn’t have to worry about it. They had it for two weeks. A week after I got it back I lost another diamond. They won’t refund it bc it’s 12 days past the 30 day policy. So I am now stuck with a ring I have to take to get fixed once a month bc multiple diamonds fall out of it. On top of this my fiancé who came to buy it is a veteran who served this country overseas fighting for us and we were treated absolutely terrible by this owner. If you want a reliable engagement ring and a good experience DO NOT COME HERE.
