I really do like this store and I shop here a ton for my forever growing boys. The store is always organized, very clean, and they have lots of really nice things to shop through. However, I did not appreciate the young girl’s attitude that cashed me out when I visited yesterday. It seemed that the customers were a bother to her. She was very annoyed, extremely short with me, and complained to a coworker next to her about finishing a task that she had started all while cashing me out. She also seemed very annoyed with my son when he asked if she could scan his book first, so that he could hold onto it and she completely ignored him when he thanked her. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I worked retail for years (actually in a very similar kind of store - Plato’s Closet) and that isn’t a reason to act like that towards a customer. I will be back because I think the store is great…but not so much this employee.

10/10 recommend coming here if you’re looking for clean, nice children’s clothing (for a great price). However, I sell to this place often and have never had a bad experience until today. I went in to sell a good friends jumper and while I was standing there the one employee with short brownish hair told the other woman it was “dingy, nasty, and dirty”. There are no stains and the younger girl that works there said she saw none so I’m confused on what part of it was gross? After the first short haired woman started another older employee joined in with the rude comments. Besides, what kind’ve business would talk about a customer like that? Really disappointed!

Great store, large aisles, good sales. I have a lot of kids I buy for, so I usually leave with a couple large bags worth of clothing. If you buy a lot like I do, help out the cashier and help take things off the hangers at the register. It speeds up the check out process.
