James Free has a wide variety of settings as well as high quality diamonds, and the staff was incredibly helpful in my selection of an engagement ring. They gave me great details on the products I was interested in and even allowed me to look through one of their magnifying eyepieces while explaining the different ratings of diamonds. For items purchased at James Free we do offer a free jewelry appraisal. We also have an appraiser that is in store once a month to appraise non-James Free purchases for a small fee.

If you want a formal appraisal, they have a licensed appraiser come once a month. You can meet with him and have it appraised while you are with him. If you just need a quick appraisal they can usually do one any day during the week. At least that was how it was the last i has it done.
