For me, their rating would be a NEGATIVE 10 out of a possibility POSTIVE 10. Trying to reach them, talk to them as well as mail things rating is NEGATIVE 10 too. Forget trying to fax them .. they refuse to publish / list that number too. Even when your mail them things, they ignore it, lose it, toss it, shread it, flush it down the toilet or must be sitting on it with their ASSets. This could be the perfect example of our federal tax monies at work as well as a governmental employee. If you enjoy holding for hours, being ignored, transfered and lastly after hours of holding ..... they hang up or disconnect you. Finally, they punish and fine you but still demand as well as collect our taxes. Helping appears to be the last thing on their mind at this office.

Frustrating Have been there in prior years and found getting past the door guard at busy times intimidating. I am U.S. born, educated to an M.S. level and speak fluent English. My usual reason for going there is to see if everything is complete and have my return hand stamped as received. Usual hours are posted - exceptions are very difficult to find and not left on phone answer service - I believe they are overwhelmed. Referring people to a website that is not available is not a great solution. Have tried website over past weeks. Finally took a screen shot to mail to them showing the message saying it is not available.

I just provided a picture of the building so maps gos users can identify. Go to your local library for tax forms. When you enter this building you must go through a complete pat down/metal detector search of your body and shoes. Seems a lot to go through for forms.
