Chicago Real Estate School was recommended to me by an agent already working the field. He recommended Sam, however the classes that lined up with my schedule were taught by Frank Muldowney. Loved the two week broker course. Just passed my in school test from the first try, beyond exited to take state exam in a couple of days.(Will report back on the result!) Frank is a great teacher, focused and giving. He gave study tips and provided encouragement. As a musician, most of the context of study was brand new to me, but Frank was able to deliver it in a accessible manner.
